- Staff/Core Breakfast, Monday Morning - 9:00am.
- Leadership Meeting, Monday Morning - 10:30am.
- Lunch served (All Students welcome, not just Leadership Team) Monday - Noon.
- Concert of Prayer, Monday Night - 9:00pm. (For all students, not just leaders)

- Worship Nite (Thursday, August 20th)
- Join us in honest worship as we start out the semester right, worshipping our Savior together.
- PLEASE NOTE THE NEW TIME - 9PM.
- Christian Challenge Building, 1313 E. University Ave.
- It will be a night of prayer, celebration and adoration through music led by our worship band.
- Bar–B–Q Bash (Friday, August 21st)
- Come One, Come All for some free BBQ!
- Meet at the Christian Challenge Building.
- 6pm until we run out of food.
- Tailgate Party (Saturday, September 19th)
- Join us as we support the Aggie football team vs. UTEP!
- We will meet in the parking lot directly east of the stadium beginning at 5pm.
- Feel free to bring as many people with you as you can!
- Fall Retreat (September 25-27)
- Get away with us into the beautiful mountains of Northern New Mexico.
- This is a weekend retreat that you will really enjoy. Details are available at the Christian Challenge.
- Our Next Phausi of the Semester (Tuesday, November 10th)
- This is for Freshman only!
- Details below under "Weekly Events".
- 7pm at the Christian Challenge Building.
- Our Next Cross Training (Thursday, November 12th)
- This is a campus wide worship service and all are invited.
- 7pm at the Challenge Building.
- Please come and worship with us through music, Bible-anchored teaching and Christian community.
- Details below under "Weekly Events".
- Baptism Night (Thursday, November 12th)
- We will be baptizing college students during our Cross Training time.
- If you have not been baptized as a believer, please come talk to a staff member about this.
- If you will be baptized, please feel free to invite any friends and family members to Cross Training that night.
- Annual Hayride (Friday, November 14th)
- We do this every fall. A genuine hay ride, bonfire, smores; the works!
- As this gets planned, you will hear all about it at the Christian Challenge!
- Christmas Party (Thursday, December 3rd)
- Come celebrate the birth of Jesus with us! We usually dress up and enjoy a very nice meal.
- Details to follow later in the semester.
- Life Impact Conference (Jan 2-5, 2010)
- Nation–wide January conference held every 2 years
- This year it will be held in Norman, Oklahoma.
- Cost is $210, but for NMSU Challenge Students, we are helping.
- As long as you pay by November 15th and let us register you with our group, your cost is $150.
Weekly Events
- Cross Training (Fall & Spring Semesters)
- Every Thursday night at 7pm
- Located at the BSU Christian Challenge building
- Challenging message, worship through song with the Challenge Praise Band, and Christian community with other students!
- This is for all students!
- Phausi (Fall & Spring Semesters)
- Every Tuesday night at 7pm
- Located at the Christian Challenge building
- A Bible study designed specifically for Freshman Students at NMSU!
- This is a great chance to meet other new students and grow together as you study and apply the Bible to your lives!
- Discipleship
- This is a one–to–one covenant relationship that is reflective of the way Christ taught His disciples and Paul taught Timothy (2 Timothy 2:2).
- If a student will take the challenge, we will have one of our older students meet one–on–one with them on a regular basis to invest in their life.
- Students will be encouraged and challenged towards a life of growing maturity in their faith which will in turn result in them discipling and investing in others.
- Evangelism Training
- One–on–one training on how to effectively share the gospel with others.
- The training cultivates confidence, humility and accountability to being active Great Commission Christians.
