​2023-2024 Leadership Application page

We are so glad for your interest in applying for the 2023-2024 NMSU Christian Challenge Leadership Team.

Please read the following carefully to determine which application you need to fill out:

• Leadership Team Application for New Candidates This application is for new candidates which includes all of the following: those who have never served before on the NMSU Challenge Leadership Team, those whom it has been over a year since they last served on the NMSU Challenge Leadership Team, those who served as an "apprentice" for the 2022-2023 semesters on the NMSU Challenge Leadership Team.
• Leadership Renewal Covenant This application is for returning leaders (I.e. you are currently serving on the NMSU Challenge Leadership Team for the 2022-2023 semesters, not as an "apprentice").

Important dates to remember:

• Applications: are due on March 24th (If you filled out a paper app, please turn it in to any NMSU Challenge Staff Member).
• Interview:  Once submitted please keep a look out for a text or email from a Challenge Staff Member to set up a time for an interview (this is for both new candidates and returning leaders).  All interviews need to be completed by March 28th.
• Assignments:  All assignments will be announced on March 31st

• Influence Believers in Christian Challenge
• Goal: Urge them to live radical lives for Christ

 
THE LINK TEAM

• Influence Believers in Christian Challenge
• Goal: Urge them to share the gospel with their lost friends.

 
THE TOUCH TEAM

• Influence Believers in Christian Challenge
• Goal: Urge them to demonstrate the love of Jesus to the campus and community through acts of kindness and service.

 
THE PHAUSI TEAM

• Influence Freshmen
• Goal: Urge them to connect with Jesus and grow in their faith through Christian Challenge.

THE WORSHIP TEAM

• Influence Crimson Worship Crowd
• Goal: Ignite honest worship through music and song.

 
THE SOUND/MEDIA TEAM

• Influence All Gatherings That Need Sound/Media
• Goal: Excellence in sound/media for the glory of God.
