Christian Challenge only works because of students like you! We believe that every person - certainly every student in our ministry - has been gifted in one way or another and can be used to lead and bless the body of Christ. In addition to making disciples and sharing the gospel, we have 6 leadership teams that work together to make Challenge life what it is. Take a look at the descriptions below and see which team(s) you'd like to apply for.

Consequently, leading freshmen to eagerly engage in our ministry and allow our current Challenge students to invest in them and encourage them.
Influence
- The Phausi Team will lead our freshmen in a small group strategy to embrace a life that pleases God through submission to His lordship, demonstrating that submission through personal devotion and participation in ministry.
- To this end, the Phausi Team will continue their strategy of small group studies that develop the biblical DNA of Challenge and lead to the assimilation of our freshman into Challenge.
- Each small group:
- will be led by two Phausi Team members
